With over 25 years of hands-on experience across multiple trades, Michael brings deep expertise to every project. His background includes framing, kitchen and bath remodels, handyman services, exterior repairs, deck building, flooring, and roofing. 

Known for his creativity and problem-solving skills, Michael takes pride in tackling challenges with a thoughtful, can-do approach. He’s the one you’ll see on-site throughout the job, handling the majority of your project and communicating with you from start to finish.

Meg handles most of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the business running smoothly—from marketing and website design to social media, client communication, and invoicing.

A graphic designer by trade and creative at heart, Meg brings a sharp eye for detail and design to everything she does. As the in-house designer, she takes a balanced approach that blends functional planning with beautiful, thoughtful aesthetics. She loves helping clients bring their visions to life in their own spaces. 

Through her hands-on experience in the business, she has developed a deep understanding of interior design and how to bridge the gap between beautiful aesthetics and what is physically possible in a space, while keeping usability as the primary goal.

While her main focus is operations and caring for their two young boys, you’ll also find her on the job site whenever she can—jumping in to help, collaborating closely with Michael, and staying involved in the creative and construction process from start to finish.
